Sabra Ebersole has been practicing law in the Cook County Circuit Courts for over 20 years.  After graduating from the DePaul University College of Law, she joined a small general practice.  She gained experience in family law, personal injury law, and criminal law.  In 1995, she went to work for the Office of the Cook County Public Guardian, where she represented children in abuse and neglect proceedings.

In 1999, Sabra joined the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where she specialized in juvenile law until 2005. In 2005, Sabra moved to the Criminal Bureau. She prosecuted all types of cases, including DUI's, narcotics offenses and violent crimes.

In 2009, Sabra joined what is now known as the Sex Crimes/Domestic Violence Division. She quickly distinguished herself as a top flight litigator who was well versed in the law. She won every sexual assault and domestic violence case she tried before a jury. Over the course of her career; Sabra has tried dozens of felony juries and hundreds of bench trials. She has been repeatedly called upon to share her specialized knowledge and expertise by providing training to other prosecutors, law enforcement personnel, victim advocates and medical personnel.
